I have always had a true passion for design and being creative and love the satisfaction that comes from executing the perfect event. 

When it came to planning celebrations for my daughter and friends, I was desperately searching for an edible focal point and realized that it wasn’t easy to source bespoke sweet treats to compliment many of life’s celebrations.  So I decided to incorporate my love of design in edible form to create unique, artisan desserts.
