Refund policy
Given the nature of the items, orders canceled within 7 days before the collection/requested date are non-refundable.
An order canceled 2 weeks before the collection/requested date must give will receive a 50% refund as long as there is more than 7 days' notice. Orders canceled with at least 2 weeks' notice will receive a 50% refund.
Due to the personalized nature of the items, once your order has been placed and confirmed by us no further changes can be made. Please be advised that you may not be able to amend your collection/requested date if we have limited availability. Please get in touch to discuss.
