Shipping policy

As all of our goods are freshly made to order, the minimum time scales apply:

A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS FOR DISPATCH OR COLLECTION ON ALL ORDERS

If you require treats sooner than 2 weeks an additional express fee of $35 will apply.

REQUEST DELIVERY/COLLECTION DATES

​Specific delivery & collection dates can be requested, please complete the order form on checkout. 

Postal delivery dates are subject to minimum processing timescales (detailed above), available from Monday to Saturday.

 

SHIPPING SERVICE 

Overnight Shipping starts from $35. The final amount will vary according to the total weight of your final order. 

All orders are shipped Monday- Thursday. Orders will typically take 1 business day to arrive at their destination. Orders are shipped via USPS and occasionally can take longer due to post office common issues. Please note, we are not responsible for delays once the package is out of our hands!!

 HANDLING OF YOUR PACKAGE 

​Should you choose to select shipping services, there is a risk that damage may occur in transit by USPS. We take extensive measures to ensure our goods are double wrapped and securely packaged to minimise damage. Ultimately we are unable to guarantee USPS’s handling of the package once posted.
