As all of our goods are freshly made to order, the minimum time scales apply:

 MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS FOR DISPATCH OR COLLECTION ON ALL ORDERS

 If you require treats sooner than 2 weeks an additional express fee of $35 will apply.

Postal delivery dates are subject to minimum processing timescales (detailed above), available from Monday to Saturday.

 

SHIPPING SERVICE

Overnight Shipping starts at $35. The final amount will vary according to the total weight of your final order. 

 All orders are shipped Monday- Thursday. Orders will typically take 1 business day to arrive at their destination. Orders are shipped via USPS and occasionally can take longer due to post office common issues. Please note, we are not responsible for delays once the package is out of our hands!!

Collection is Free (from UPPER MARLBORO)

HANDLING OF YOUR PACKAGE 

Should you choose to select shipping services, there is a risk that damage may occur in transit by USPS. We take extensive measures to ensure our goods are double wrapped and securely packaged to minimise damage. Ultimately we are unable to guarantee USPS’s handling of the package once posted.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

Given the nature of the items, orders canceled within 7 days before the collection/requested date are non-refundable.

​An order canceled 2 weeks before the collection/requested date must give will receive a 50% refund as long as there is more than 7 days' notice.  Orders canceled with at least 2 weeks' notice will receive a 50% refund. 

Due to the personalized nature of the items, once your order has been placed and confirmed by us no further changes can be made. Please be advised that you may not be able to amend your collection/requested date if we have limited availability. Please get in touch to discuss.
